But, I am also affected by the loss of the account that Sandy is talking about, and I don't see it as the same at all. Either way, I pick up the pieces and move on, but if you're going to take my job, then give it to another American who needs it, not outsource it to another country. It's killin' us! Whose going to help us (the Americans) when half our workforce is out of work? I just think it is time we worry about our own country before we work on fixing everybody else's problems...thats all. I keep askin' - where are all these out-of-work MTs? I know people who've specifically gone looking for them to hire them and they can't find them, either. >It's killin' us! I guess our service has them all. And they want to stay here. I believe it
is because we know how to treat MTs. :-) It's a very rare thing to find MTs who have anything negative to say about our service. Maybe those other people you are referring to don't offer a fair deal, whether it be in line rates or working conditions. Just a thought. They didn't even get that far. They contacted some of the organizations and people in the MT community that have been loudly pro-American and asked for a referral to MTs who are out of work. I don't know how you run your business, but I'm PRETTY sure there is more than one company in the US that treats its MTs well. :)
