How do I receive honest dental treatment?

"How do I receive honest dental treatment?"
As you know I have been writing to my congress people requesting that a law be passed that would give me the right to my most effective antibiotics. I assumed that we all knew that Michigan doctors have been withholding antitumor/antiviral antibiotics for about 4 decades. My husband walked into the withholding of the better antibiotics two decades ago. Poor Hubby, he had two cancers (tumors at first), and then a bacterial-produced heart disease, and still he, too, has chronic gum infections that remain improperly treated I never had a problem with the Chicken Pox Virus until August 2002 and again on June 13, 2003. On August 19, 2002, Dentist Steven cleaned my teeth. On August 23, 2002, I returned to the dentist with 3 pain spots on the lower right inside of my mouth. My chin looked like poison ivy or impetigo. Bacteria are common with dental work. The dentist knew immediately that it was shingles and what caused it! I was in so much pain that on August 24, 2002, I went to the doctors. The condition wasn't getting better. So on August 29, 2002; I went to the Oakland County Health Department. I had to keep taking pictures to see if I was ever going to get better! I had decided to have my teeth pulled. So in October 2002, I had made an appointment with an oral surgeon. After the appointment was made, I was told that I needed a referral. So I returned to Dentist Steve for the referral. The dentist wouldn't give a referral. And he informed me that my husband's 1983 Hodgkin's disease was NOT caused by any mouth pathogens. Hubby's 1996 endocarditis was NOT caused by any mouth pathogens. Needless to say we had harsh words. The dentist charged an office call for the NO referral, and I was left with un-savable teeth! On March 14, 2003, I went to a nice new dentist lady named Jodie, and asked that my teeth be pulled. The new dentist stated that only one tooth was un-savable and that it was infected. I was surprised that the tooth was infected. It didn't feel as if it had an infection. My (2002) Dentist Steve had been treating the un-savable tooth with Periostat for over a year. Anyway, on March 14, 2003, the new dentist wrote an antibiotic prescription that was to be taken for a week, then on the second week with no antibiotics the tooth was to be pulled! On March 28, 2003, I returned to the dentist to have the un-savable tooth pulled. This time the dentist was a male named Jeff or JJ. The tooth popped out with no problems. Since my old dentist was treating several teeth with Periostat, I asked if I had more than one un-savable tooth. The dentist replied: "The other two teeth should tighten." So I asked about antibiotics, and the reply was that no bacteria should be entering where the tooth was pulled. Well, in May 2003, I had an infection next to one of the teeth that was suppose to tighten. That triggered an upper gum infection. As soon as the upper gum infection appeared, so did a second case of shingles appear on my birthday June 15, 2003! Friends have suggested that I go out-of-state if I wish to have my teeth pulled. What would you suggest to do? ~Rita

I haven't been able to buy any antibiotics
without a drug prescriber. And neither has Hubby. Meanwhile, I've been having dental problems, and Hubby with his chronic gum infections has been sick, too.
