Medication in Elderly care + nutrition

I wonder if anyone can suggest links please. I work on an acute medical
elderly care ward, and am interested in undertaking a study on
drugs/nutrition in the elderly. The DoH have a good article published for
the NSF (national service framework) but I am hoping to write an article.
Any advice please?
